Infested with mice

Don’t move here. This building is INFESTED with mice. They are in the walls. Mice gnaw through drywall. Roaches and ocasionally, bed bugs. Management gives you sticky traps for mice. There are mice traps in stairways. Mice in ovens in one bedrooms. Orkin guy is a joke. Maintenance guy is a huge problem here. They are slow to respond. Office personnel don’t care and their bosses will take up for them. This building is owned by HOC which requires yearly inspections. This HOC building is mismanaged. ...

I am a new tenant at Diamond Square Apartments in Gaithersburg, MD. I have only been living here almost 4 weeks and I am truly happy. The surrounding area is quiet and the staff are attentive and very pleasant. I especially like that there is 24 hour surveillance on the premises as well as a guard that signs visitors in. We have a media room that is free for tenants and it is only 15 minutes away from my job. There are plenty of parking spaces on the premises and as well as places to shop and eat ...
