Poor Customer Service

I am a Property Manager and reached out on behalf of a current resident looking to move in the area. I was asking about availability and the Manager was rude telling me she couldn't help me and said she found it odd that I would help a resident to reach out. When I told her that I provide customer service and trying to help, she got agitated with me and hung up. Sad to hear another Manager can't even provide the bare minimum expected.
