A secret oasis wrapped in a beautiful bow!

Location, Location, Location! You could easily overlook this private paradise - I know because I passed on it years ago and came back due to a change in circumstances. I could not be more pleased! Within walking distance there is shopping, a variety of restaurants for the entire family, access to mass transit, a movie theatre, well kept grounds and responsive rental staff, courteous cleaning crew and a maintenance team that goes above and beyond to keep things working very well. All of this ...

is what keeps this secret oasis wrapped in a beautiful bow! The units are cozy and there are only a few families in each building which makes for a safe and quiet environment. There are no frills or fancy flags so keep your eyes open or you might just miss this great value!

I love the neighborhood its quiet and peaceful I have kids so its a great location. Convenient to stores and public transportation. The property manager is awesome. Maintenance is great. The ground keeping is wonderful. The apartments can use an update but other than that its great!!

I been living herehere at The Dona for 15yrs and I've seen people come and go, I just love living here at The Dona, The staff and maintenance is just great and I would not change it for the world. The Dona is like no other place.
