Any small maintenance requests were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The staff has always been friendly and quite accessible. Don’t rent from them. They don’t care about their tenants or homes. They don’t take accountability for the condition of their homes. They ignore maintenance issues and wait for the tenants to realize that it’s broken or damaged. They care more about if your lawn is mowed than the relationships with tenants. You can never talk to a real person only whoever they have manning the chat. Their maintenance people don’t really know what they’re doing and they use the most cheap paint and wood known to ...
