August 12, 2025Renting from them has been entirely positive. My family and I moved in a few months ago and the home was clean, spacious, and just as it was showed in the listing. Any small maintenance requests were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The staff has always been friendly and quite accessible. Expectations for lawn care have been clearly communicated, which I appreciate because it helps maintain the curb appeal of the neighborhood. Cheap and careless
June 11, 2025Don’t rent from them. They don’t care about their tenants or homes. They don’t take accountability for the condition of their homes. They ignore maintenance issues and wait for the tenants to realize that it’s broken or damaged. They care more about if your lawn is mowed than the relationships with tenants. You can never talk to a real person only whoever they have manning the chat. Their maintenance people don’t really know what they’re doing and they use the most cheap paint and wood known to ...man.Property Manager Responded
