New noise The Daves Hot Chicken has brought in extremely loud, late night noise and unsavory crowd around the Duffey. From hearing fights outside my window at 2am to teenagers speeding through the alleyway on line scooters, this will likely be the reason I do not renew this lease as the addition of that restaurant has been detriment.

I LOVE The Duffey!!! This is truly the best place to call home in the entire North Loop area. The community feels like family. The staff is the absolute best! They’re so intentional with giving us opportunities to get to know them and one another with our monthly gatherings!!. The location is perfect for everything walkable in the area, whether food, spirits, the bodega, groceries, grooming, concerts, baseball/basketball games and so much more!!! Did I mention that I love it here?!!!!!
