Terrible Management
September 26, 2019I've been living here for over a year. The management company is TERRIBLE! Just this month when I received the electricity bill I was shocked! The public electricity is $74!!! Normally it was under $10 which is acceptable. When I went in the office to talk to the manager about this she basically told me it is what it is..."Its summer time" thats her response to it. But how come it was only $12 last year around the same time She couldn't answer that question. I will contact their regional office ...for this!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love living here!
September 24, 2019I've lived at Dusk for over a year now, and just renewed my lease for another year! I love the smaller community, the solar panels, upgraded floor plans, and living on the green belt. I've never had any major issues while living here. The property manager, Jessica, is so friendly, and makes an effort to get to know all the residents. She hosts community events in the clubhouse, so she can get a chance to know us all, and we can meet our neighbors!Review from Apartments.com

September 4, 2019Just renewed my lease! Love the high ceilings and natural lighting in my apartment. I enjoy the small community size of the complex ,as well as, the innovative solar panels that contribute towards the electricity bill! Terrible!
May 22, 2018I lived in DuskScottdale apartment from last August 17th to May 10th this year. I was very happy to live in this apartment and encouraged my younger brother to live here. My brother lived in this apartment from last December to February 20th this year. He moved out the apartment on February 20th this year. And his deposit $ 450 mailing address was my home. But until now, May 22nd, I have not received my brother 's deposit. And after that several times, when I inquired, I was only told that it ...was being processed. The apartment office never responds to email, but only verbally. The office staffs told me several times that I would be getting a deposit check soon, and I believed and waited. Even in early May, the apartment manager said the company, Pinnacle RENTCafe, sent me the deposit check a few days ago. But still I do not receive the check and called the office, and the manager told me that the company wrote my address incorrectly so the check is missing. I have not been able to tell the stress that I have received for months since March. They are continuing to postpone the next week, next week, in such a way as to change the date I get the deposit. I would like to tell you to give up the deposit to those who want to come into this apartment or please find another apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
