I just moved to dwell in hilltop I want to take a moment to recognize both the manager and the maintenance team for their outstanding work. ‘Crystal’ she always professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help residents. Whether it’s answering questions, “and she always so nice with my baby “ The maintenance team, especially ‘Derek’ he is just as amazing. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they respond quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s a small repair or a more urgent matter, they ...

The new management is welcoming and you can tell they care and take the time to make things right, and aim to give great service. My heater was not working properly and Derek and Cody were prompt and courteous to help save the day for me in 30 degree weather after hours. I am truly impressed and anticipate to more positive changes.

Just recently had a new property manager come on here, and I am glad for this. Under the new site manager many improvements have been made throughout our very small community. They take every situation seriously and work, with fairness, to accommodate everyone to the best of their abilities. This minor change has made a major impact, and one I am grateful for.
