November 21, 2025FLEAS, ROACHES, MOLD. Please do not fall for the cosmetic upgrades they have done, it is like putting lip stick on a pig. There is still roaches running in the walls, fleas IN THE UNITS and in the dog park, gunky green pool, and mold will grow in your unit no matter what you do. Understand these buildings are from the 1800's there is only so much they can do to combat the roaches, mold, and bugs that have been living there longer than we have been alive. OH AND IT FLOODS...do yourself a favor and ...avoid this place. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Roaches, Mold, Flooding
November 21, 2025You have been warned. Avoid this place like the plague, while it may look nice in the tour understand that this building is from the 1800's, there's mold, roaches and rats that have probably been there longer than we have been alive. While you may not see any of that on your tour, if you dont listen to this review and decide to move in there you will eventually see all of these things and wish you had just listened.Review from Apartments.com

I love it here!
December 11, 2024I moved in almost two months ago. My loft is huge and I love it. The leasing agents and management staff were fantastic and able to get me in the same week I applied! Booooooo
March 22, 2024Rude and passive aggressive management. Left a nasty note on my door. Also there’s fleas infested in the grass, they’ll do nothing about it. Dog waste in the hallways constantly. And cars get stolen and broken into, gate never works. Packages left in the mail area on the ground to be stolen. One of our packages was ripped open and searched, management has no cameras in the hallways so they couldn’t check to see what happened. Bad. Can’t wait to move.Property Manager Responded

Perfect EaDo Loft!
October 17, 2018I am a current resident. We loved this place from the moment we came for a tour! Our loft is super unique and industrial and the price was incredibly competitive/affordable for the square footage and location. From the start, the staff (Jennifer and Megan) were very helpful, kind, and responsive about everything. They worked with us financially, and have quickly answered any question from maintenance to packages/mail. The lounge areas are super cute and the gym has everything we need! I office ...from home and needed to find an apartment that worked for that, and our loft is surprisingly quiet/tranquil for being right in EaDo. I have never had an issue with parking (I think the higher up you go in the garage, the more spots there are which is fine for us living near the top floor.) Safety was also a huge priority from me living downtown and I certainly feel safe and secure around the property. September 17, 2015Love these apartments. They look beautiful inside and out. Plenty of outdoor space for pets. Always some sort of event for residents to participate in, whether its a game night in the pool hall to food truck visits on Mondays. Highly recommend this place, friendly staff always there to help with anything. Maintenance issues are taken care of fast so that's great. The one and only downside to these apartments is the paper thin walls. But other than that its a pretty great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
