I moved in almost two months ago. My loft is huge and I love it. The leasing agents and management staff were fantastic and able to get me in the same week I applied! The cost is amazing for all the space, amenities and community. I’m so happy I chose East End Lofts!

Rude and passive aggressive management. Left a nasty note on my door. Also there’s fleas infested in the grass, they’ll do nothing about it. Dog waste in the hallways constantly. And cars get stolen and broken into, gate never works. Packages left in the mail area on the ground to be stolen. One of our packages was ripped open and searched, management has no cameras in the hallways so they couldn’t check to see what happened. Bad. Can’t wait to move.

Perfect EaDo Loft!

I am a current resident. We loved this place from the moment we came for a tour! Our loft is super unique and industrial and the price was incredibly competitive/affordable for the square footage and location. From the start, the staff (Jennifer and Megan) were very helpful, kind, and responsive about everything. from home and needed to find an apartment that worked for that, and our loft is surprisingly quiet/tranquil for being right in EaDo. I have never had an issue with parking (I think the higher up you go in the garage, the more spots there are which is fine for us living near the top floor.) Safety was also a huge priority from me living downtown and I certainly feel safe and secure around the property. I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a downtown loft with a lot of character!

Love these apartments. They look beautiful inside and out. Plenty of outdoor space for pets. Always some sort of event for residents to participate in, whether its a game night in the pool hall to food truck visits on Mondays. Highly recommend this place, friendly staff always there to help with anything. Maintenance issues are taken care of fast so that's great. The one and only downside to these apartments is the paper thin walls. But other than that its a pretty great place to live.
