DONT DO IT- mice problem, dirty building, ceiling falling....
October 30, 2022I will keep it concise. Hallways, walls and window blinds are dirty. Apartment had not been cleaned prior to moving in. There are mice. Maintenance does nothing, will literally not show up, takes weeks to complete anything if its completed at all. Garage is too small if you have a suv or truck dont bother. Ceiling leaks with water, parts have fallen. Water does not get hot, only warm at best. Please dont waste your money! it is not worth it.Review from Apartments.com
Appalling
March 27, 2021The worst property manager I’ve ever experienced. Tara is the MOST worthless human being. She will respond sometimes (days later) with blatant lies. Do you want to wake up to gunshots nightly? This is the place for you! Do you want to come home to all doors open for any of the nearby criminals to come right in and steal all your packages? This is the place for you! This place is atrocious. There is garbage everywhere, which brings the cutest little mice. Don’t accidentally step on a dead one. ...Also, invest in many space heaters because the heat goes out for days. The ceilings are literally caving in, and the plumbing issues are abundant and poorly dealt with. This place is a serious safety hazard.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do NOT rent from this place!!
January 26, 2021I wish I could give 0 stars here. After the building I lived in was bought by this company, my experience was all down hill. There were no longer responses to any issues that I or other tenants had. We had water shut offs regularly (almost weekly), the lawn was left to over grow for better part of 3-4 months, garbage was left on the front lawn, the building was not cleaned regularly. My neighbor had no water in their apartment for over a month because Insight refused to fix the pipes and asked ...them to move out instead. After having packages stolen from their lobby and while moving out Tara L. was increasingly rude, difficult to get ahold of - in many instances unreachable - and did not keep her word in any capacity. This was an aweful experience - and to top it all off, upon requesting my security deposit be returned post move out - I was blatantly lied to multiple times via writing and over the phone and then sent a letter stating that I owed money to them for cleaning the apartment and fixing things that were broken prior to my move in and reported to the building owners I signed my lease with. This was the most ridiculous renting experience I've ever had and I am dismayed at the fact that they are able to remain in this business.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not rent
December 28, 2019New management is TERRIBLE. Takes days to get a reply and even longer for a problem to be fixed. Once you move out good luck getting anything taken care of because they truly do not care. The apartment are old and outdated, spend the extra $200 a month on something nicer in Lakewood.Review from Apartments.com
Love it!
August 1, 2015My apartment is very spacious with hardwood floors and carved, vaulted ceilings. It's simply gorgeous and visitors are always impressed. The building is a beautiful Tudor style. The outside is well maintained. The only downside is that sometimes it's takes awhile for common areas to be fixed if something is broken. Maintenance for individual apartments is prompt though. People are friendly and quiet in their respective apartments.Review from Apartments.com
