I have lived at this property for the last 3 years and I have never been happier. The property has been cleaned up and ownership has been so helpful. Work order are done in a timely matter and manager can always be contacted (day or night).

New management took over and raised our rent in the middle of our contracts. When I moved in there was a swimming pool. New management fill the pool with dirt and no more swimming here. No customer service from office management. If you complain about anything the office hates you. My daughter lived by me and had people smoking pot and a constant ant problem that was never fixed. My daughter had to move to get away from the problem. I just got into an argument for avoiding me for over a month and ...

not returning phone calls to maintenance. I am tired of managements lies over and over again. On October 5th they were notified that the dining room flooring in coming apart. Justin said he would be back as soon as he got his tools. I never have seen him since. Two weeks later I called the office and Brianna said he would fix it the next day or Monday. Never showed up. I now have lights out in the kitchen and a noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom that keeps you awake at night. Neighbors dogs bark all the time and since there is a lack of management here nothing gets done.
