Lofts are beautiful. Location is central and easy to bike or train anywhere, getting to the arts/food in North East, the lakes in Uptown, downtown, or all the restaurants/bars/coffee shops right around the corner in North Loop. Highly recommend.

I never thought I would see myself living in an old warehouse building but it has become my favorite space so far and feels so cozy! It’s such a great location in north loop and has the best rooftop! Such a fun place to be if you love being near the city but not exactly in it. Very fun in the summer time and even during winter time the inside layout is very ...spacious to entertain. The gym is also huge and has great equipment! Management here is awesome and very quick to fix things if something’s not right. Highly recommend living here!!!!Read More
Great place to live in late 20’s

The location in North Loop, Minneapolis is perfect, so many restaurants, parks, breweries, sporting events, and music events in walking distance! Not to mention the Mississippi River is only a few blocks away with great walking/biking trails! Else apartments in general are industrial style with large windows and thick walls. We never hear our neighbors. Rooftop is so cool with an awesome indoor area and cool outdoor spot ...with a fire-pit. Guest Specialist Daniel does his best to address all potential concerns as well as throwing some fun parties and happy hours! Maintenance in my experience, has been quick and efficient. Big fan of the high ceilings, rooftop common area (pool tables, bar, etc), and the overall location in the heart of North Loop. Management has been easy to work with and maintenance is top notch and very responsive/quick. Really the only issue I've found is HVAC is a bit noisy, but honestly, I got used to it quickly.

Not a cookie cutter apartment
February 13, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThere are plenty of places to live in North Loop, but I’ve found that most are rather cold and cheaply/quickly built. Elsewarehouse is none of those things. The wood floors are real, the lighting and walls are warm and the appliances work well. It feels less sterile and more homey here. The building also is connected to two restaurants, a salon and the gym so if you wanted to avoid Minneapolis winters entirely you can. The team is efficient, thorough and friendly!
