I love living here.
The apartment complex has everything you need: modern, clean, well-maintained, with common areas that can be used as office, meeting rooms, events, or just to have fun.
The gym, yoga studio, pool, the area assigned to be used as beauty salon, the massage room, and tanning room are a PLUS!
The free coffee is something that really makes a difference.
The events for the community are really nice and the effort from the staff to make them happen is greatly appreciated. I also ...
like that the company has alliances with different establishments for discounts that we can use.

Horrible place to live. Smells awful in the hallways due to the trash valet service and the lack of management. Management is very neglectful and will probably result in serious health issues for residents.

I just moved in a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. The leasing manager Tiffany came up during my move in date to see if everything was going smoothly and I mentioned a few small things that needed to be fixed. She made a list, took photos where relevant, and contacted Alex the maintenance manager to make the corrections. Alex responded within a couple of hours and was able to take care of most everything — very impressive!

When I first moved into a unit that did not work well for me, the office and maintenance staff were very quick and helpful in finding and preparing a unit that was much more suitable. I was impressed with their ability to quickly resolve the issue and make the experience a positive one.

We have been living here at Elysian for less than a month and we are so thrilled from our experience. The application is very easy (application charges at a reasonable price), the apartment has a beautiful layout, and the location is amazing (close to Target and Tivoli Village). Ashton, our leasing agent was very helpful and friendly throughout our process and he has always made us feel safe to come to him with any concerns that may come up. We enjoy the amenities such as the very spacious gym, ...
the pool, the coffee station in the lobby, the sauna, and Pilates room (among many many others). I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live, we are truly loving our experience here.
