Almost a whole year with the exact same problem many trips to the office and every time they “fix” the problem they make it worst

Cheap rent bad experience

My first month here was crazy. I was without hot water for 7 days. I have a 5 year old, so as you can imagine, it was challenging. The property manager treats acts like she's angry at the world and you are always at fault, no matter the topic of conversation. The plus side is, the units are large. The complex has smart meters which helps with electricity costs. This is a quick solution for a place but not a home.
