Bad property
August 28, 2025A/C not working for 22 days & don't care to fix. Property is having a lot of homeless people camping out. Property is not being managed. Lots of people moving out.Property Manager Responded

Rent increases!!! Construction noise!!!
May 21, 2023First lease term renewal was 8%, second term renewal 9%! This is unmanageable for seniors on Social Security. The shuttle service has stopped, and ongoing, very noisy messy construction on buildings due to neglected maintenance. So sad... I do NOT recommend Encore.Property Manager Responded
August 27, 2024I am so sorry for the extra noise while the property was getting a face lift. All the construction was complete last fall. If you have any further complaints, please let us know here in the office.
