Terrible customer service
October 24, 2016Called 3 times and left a voicemail on the first call, really hard to get a hold of this elite communities office staff. finally got a hold of them by calling the redirect number from apartments.com Wanted to check on availability of units, was told nothing is available and that we need to pay a deposit. Tried to find out what the wait time was, extremely unhelpful and was told I ddon't know, we have a very high renewal rate. super condescending and rude, certainly not interested in dealing with ...this place if tthat's how they treat prospective tenantsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Escala Central City
September 8, 2015I have lived at Escala Central City and it is a good complex for affordable housing. Granted, the neighborhood isn't that great, but Escala Central City is like a diamond in the rough, especially when on a tight budget. The pool is nice, the gym is a little small and only open when the office is open. There are washers and dryers in each apartment. There is a game room for the kids as well as a t.v. room. The complex itself is good enough to call home and I would stay longer if another ...opportunity didn't present itself. Gateway Community College is just across the street, and the light-rail is within walking distance, as well as a health clinic within walking distance.
