Called 3 times and left a voicemail on the first call, really hard to get a hold of this elite communities office staff. finally got a hold of them by calling the redirect number from apartments.com Wanted to check on availability of units, was told nothing is available and that we need to pay a deposit. Tried to find out what the wait time was, extremely unhelpful and was told I ddon't know, we have a very high renewal rate. super condescending and rude, certainly not interested in dealing with ...

I have lived at Escala Central City and it is a good complex for affordable housing. Granted, the neighborhood isn't that great, but Escala Central City is like a diamond in the rough, especially when on a tight budget. The pool is nice, the gym is a little small and only open when the office is open. There are washers and dryers in each apartment. There is a game room for the kids as well as a t.v. room. The complex itself is good enough to call home and I would stay longer if another ...

opportunity didn't present itself. Gateway Community College is just across the street, and the light-rail is within walking distance, as well as a health clinic within walking distance. Like I said, the neighborhood is rough, but the complex is great for those on a tight budget, and it is a great affordable housing complex.
