I had schedule to view the apartment with Adrian at 11 am on Monday (1/17/21). After traveling to San Diego for my appointment, no one was at the front office to attend me. I waited for 30 mins, emailed Adrian, and called the office several times while waiting outside of the leasing office. I left a voicemail, but did not receive a follow up call. I came back about an hour after to see if anyone would be available at the front desk but not one was there. I drove almost 2 hours that day to view ...

Lived here for two years. The area is ok, neighbors can be unruly and loud outside and inside the apartments. Definitely call ahead to ask if management is in the office - you might end up waiting hours. On the plus side, maintenance is excellent, their turn around time is very much appreciated. If you do move out, they'll take a good chunk to clean the carpets and repaint the walls. It's nice that it's next to Target, but the morning trucks can definitely wake you up when they back out. There ...

I would NOT recommend only because any stranger could walk in or jump the fences of the apartment complex, be it day or night, lot of smoking activities, unauthorized vehicles parked with people smoking, You do not have any non-smoking policies, its scary to stay with kids when some stranger stands next to your window and stares at your room. Petty stuffs from the Patio gets stolen.

There will always be a disparity regarding the usage of water for the units, since other units have more people residing in them than others. So this would be a double-edge sword, better for units with a lot of residents, but not so good with those units who have less number of people in it.
