I lived in these apartments for 3 years when I first moved in it was owned by another company. Back then it was a great place to live they provided pest control and they were honest about the fact that the pool is not available. So they provided a discount on rent to make up for it. After this new company real-time managers bought the place they got rid of pest control and now the whole complex is infested with roaches. And I mean bad. You can ask any of the neibors. And the fact that they are ...
trying to use the pool as an amentity is a scam because you are not allowed to use the pool No one is. And the new company has removed the monthly discount for this and has actually increased the price several 100 bucks a month. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless u want to carry raoches and bed begs to every place you ever live moving forward.

HORRIBLE place to stay owners dont fix anything on the inside of homes only the outside ‘ their were roaches everywhere in the whole complex ‘ owner made us pay FULL rent on the 1st and told us our lease expired on the the 8th and that we have till the end of the month to move out . NOT FULL 30 days ... they are rude and hang up on the renties face . Just terrible people . 0stars !!!

Horrible management

This community is horrible. I have called about an issue with a neighbor who parties every other night blasting music at 1 am on the patio and management does absolutely nothing. I have asked around and several other renters have called and complained about the same issue! My next step is filing a complaint with the city of Margate. DON'T RENT HERE !
