Judging by their pricing and location, I'd definitely recommend this community for young adults like me to start out with! And with its accessible location to larger roads, it'd easily fulfill different kinds of commute around the Houston more central area.

The apartments here are like little cul-de-sac with good space floor plans, new flooring, walls, paint, and good working A/C system that they renovated! Also outside of buildings are very clean and dumpster areas are very accessible

Fall Lake Apartmetns fit my needs, it seems. These apartments were recently remodeled and everything looks new and clean! The office staff I talked to told me about changes brought about by new owners and commodities around the premises are getting cared for. Also, I love the fact that you can drive one road to access large roads and this works for my job. Am really considering moving here!

Fall Lake apts has improved a LOT under the new management. They have installed lots of lighting which makes the property really bright at night making us feel safer. They have cleaned up the place, re-painted a lot of stuff, re-done the pool and many more things. The kids love the pool now. We feel much safer and happier at the complex. The rents were increased but they are same or less compared to other properties nearby. We recommend the apartments :)
