Great new Look after renovation

August 29, 2018The managers are always helpful with anything you may need and willing answer any questions you have. The apartments are very nice and we love them. The landscape is very well maintained. Nestled perfectly in the middle of Lufkin only 5-10 min away from restaurants, stores, library, etc. Affordable and just all around great place. We also LOVE the ONE payment that takes care of everything. Tenants are friendly and quiet....a BIG PLUS!
