January 22, 2026This apartment has been a great fit for my basic needs. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores and the bus line. The unit itself is a nice size for one person, and the kitchen has modern appliances that all work perfectly. The building is generally quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The rent is affordable for the area, which was the main reason I chose this place. A nice bonus is that the complex has a ...small fitness center and a community patio area. For the price, it's an excellent place to live. December 28, 2025Unfortunately the start of my experience was not good. I sat in the leasing office for 6.5 hrs because my lease was not properly signed on move-in day and had to wait for management to answer the phone to get inside my apartment. The apartment wasn’t cleaned and a permanent ring around the toilet has been present since move in, washing machine was filthy and continued roaches for months. The amenities aren’t always available - the upstairs gym room has its bike memberships canceled, the wfh space ...is very tiny and always in use and resident gatherings are now policed due to other resident issues. The train nearby is extremely loud and the price is not matching up with the luxury listed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
