October 30, 2025The area is convenient and my neighbors are lovely. The builders should’ve done a better job with the pipes. We should not be paying premium rent and have to smell sewage in our common areas. The coffee bar should also work at early hours of the day without needing a rinse.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025I have had a positively incredibly experience as a new resident at Ferro. Josh from leasing was the first person I communicated with and he along with Shirley, the property manager and the entire leasing/management staff (Jenny) went above and beyond to make my move seamless, efficient and safe. They each were very friendly, personable and provided exceptional and quality customer service. I love it hear at Ferro so far and also deeply impressed. I would give 10 stars if I could.
