    This is a wonderful community. I’m very excited to be part of this community. The location is excellent, with quick access to parks and grocery stores. Josh the leasing specialist was very professional and patient during the process, he answered all my questions and showed me the beautiful apartment that I’m living in right now.     Trendy apartments/amenities in somewhat of an ify location for me (great lobby’s that give me a little bit of 80s/90s nostalgia), but you sold me on the building! CityLine and downtown Plano are just a few moments away.

    Great apartment, love the amenities. Great staff, Joshua is amazing. Area is a little sketchy at night though. I would still recommend it to a friend for the price.

    This apartment has been a great fit for my basic needs. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores and the bus line. The unit itself is a nice size for one person, and the kitchen has modern appliances that all work perfectly. The building is generally quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The rent is affordable for the area, which was the main reason I chose this place. A nice bonus is that the complex has a ...

    Unfortunately the start of my experience was not good. I sat in the leasing office for 6.5 hrs because my lease was not properly signed on move-in day and had to wait for management to answer the phone to get inside my apartment. The apartment wasn’t cleaned and a permanent ring around the toilet has been present since move in, washing machine was filthy and continued roaches for months. The amenities aren’t always available - the upstairs gym room has its bike memberships canceled, the wfh space ...
    is very tiny and always in use and resident gatherings are now policed due to other resident issues. The train nearby is extremely loud and the price is not matching up with the luxury listed.
