Office always has some contest, or doing things for the residents. The maintenace man is the best there ever was. They pass out invites for Valentines Day to make their residents feel special. Very friendly staff. Tammy and Virginia, always make time for you.

If you are lucky enough to get an apartment here, the place is great. Quiet, super clean, walk to restaurants, convenience store Library and more.
Tammy the manager really cares for the tenants here. Should you need something, it is immediately taken care of. Maintenance supervisor is quick. He is a fix it now and right the first time kind of guy. I could go on and on about the staff here but I think you already know how I feel about Forest Park Apts.

Friendly management and maintenance is always quick to fix repairs. Office management tries very hard to communicate the importance of not allowing children playing in the parking lot to all tenants. There are parents here that send their small children out to play in the parking lot area after the office closes each day without a parent paying attention to them or watching them. There are grassy areas behind each apartment that children can play and be safe or there is the Boys Ranch a couple ...
of blocks away with several nice amenities. Parents with small children should want their kids to play in safe areas, it only takes once for a child to be injured due to playing in a parking lot where traffic is constant. Not only myself but I see other tenants having to stop and wait for children to move out of the parking lot before they can drive to their apartment. This is so dangerous if a car does not see them in time! I would think the parents of these children would want them to play in a safe area not in the busy parking lot. Then who do the parents blame, of course the driver or the apartment complex for their lack of parenting skills. This is a nice place to live but it requires all tenants to do their part to make it a safe place for their families, management can only do so much.

Management is friendly and maintenance does a great job repairing things in your apartment in a very timely manner.
