My husband and I lived here 5 years ago and I recently moved back! I wish we never left but glad we came back! Nashae is so sweet in the front office she really goes above and beyond to help every time I call and they make things so easy you can just go online and pay your rent and make requests. They get things done so quick! My screen came loose and before I could put a request in for it Nashae called me and said she did it for me and they would be over to fix it that day or the next! I’m just ...

For a student or someone looking to find something temporary, this apartment community will do the job. It's safe, quiet, and management is friendly and accommodating. Con's: I lived here for about a year, and found it to be a bit under whelming for the price. The upgrade isn't worth it. There are tons of transients, mostly college students, not ideal for parents with children. Pro's: On the plus side maintenance is timely with calls from residents and the office staff is helpful and ...

I’ve lived here for over 5 years. It used to be a decent place at a decent price but rent keeps going up with each sale of the property. Management has a revolving door of managers that seem to get worse and less qualified with each passing. The current one is arrogant and acts like she is doing a good job by harassing everyone with wild notices constantly while not addressing actual issues around the community. For instance recently she decided to go crazy posting warning notices on cars trying ...

to have them towed off for what ever odd reason and these were active residents cars. On the flip side, there is a beat up jeep being used as a storage with a plate from a territory and not a state. It has been here well over a year and not been moved, yet oddly this one did not get a notice? Seems like she has a personal problem with some tenants and using the “rules” when she sees them to benefit her own agenda. She needs to go. And someone that knows how to manage and keep tenants around needs to take over as it seems they have a model of turning as many tenants over as possible to collect their 2 month lease breaking penalty to profit more in a year. It’s generally a disgusting company. Avoid at all costs!
