March 16, 2026Knowledgeable Our maintenance man showed up today to check on my sink that was overfilling and the latch on my dishwasher not working. He’s always kind and caring and also explain some things to you. Sometimes I know how you can better deal with what’s going on. I appreciate his advice. I appreciate when he comes. He’s kind and caring and he’s respectful if he has to fix something he keeps it clean but most of all I appreciate the fact that he likes all of us here and treats us like family and ...that we’re not just a job to him.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025Crystal was AWESOME! I was out looking for a new flat. Fountainhead wasn't on my list. However, I saw it on the side of the road quickly turned into the car park. I spoke with Crystal she was so helpful even thought I didn't have an appointment. She answered all questions and so professional. Things with my current flat ended up working out and we're not moving. When and if we do move Fountainhead it is! Also, the property and the flat were amazing. Just Moved In!
June 2, 2022I moved in back in April, but was planning to move in in June. The experience with the management here though made me want to pull the trigger and move in right away. On top of that they made sure I got the move in special. Any fixes that needed done were done within 24 hours, but realistically less than 12 hours! There is constant communication!
