STAY AWAY!!
March 1, 2018The office is not open on the weekends, which is completly inconvenient. The new payment app doesn't allow residents to see the breakdown of charges. Maintenance half fixes things or does ghetto patch work as if they truly don't have maintenance experience, and they enter home with no prior notification. "Upgraded" apartments consist of cheaply painted tubs which chips (my son can't take baths), and cheaply painted counter tops which peels. Many times after 11 pm throughout the week there ...are people who hang out in the parking lot playing music very loud. Trash left outside empty dumpsters and beer cans all over parking lot. Oh, and did I mention bedbugs? Yeah. Haven't seen pest control in over 6 months. And there is not a laundry room, which is also an inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. Nobad for the money $$$
May 17, 2013the place is located close to the downtown of Frisco,no to much traffic so is no i noisy place, the apartment are old and they need to be update in the kitchen area furniture and appliances, also the bathroom need a update too the bath tubes are old and and need to be replaced also the the base board are in really bad condition, the size of the apartment is good for the price and the location, the outside of the building look clean and the landscape look good, but they need to change all the ...appliances in the kitchen and do a full remodelation in the bathroom .the lady that work in the office is nice and very kind , but the manager is a bad person with no costumer service and no manners .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
