Love it here! Great staff and love my apartment. I have found it to be a good value for the price. Nice pool area with friendly neighbors. Laundry is good. Lake is definitely a plus! Have lived here for four years with no problems.

Don’t move here

Been living here going on 4 months and I highly recommend you don’t move here due to the lack of these apartments. They are very outdated and very cramped in. Bedroom doesn’t own a door and bathroom is very small only to fit one occupancy. Sink is cramped also. Ac sucks you burn up during summer after numerous complaints it still isn’t fixed. Swimming pool here was not very maintained at times garbage would float at time and be underneath the bottom. No shade umbrella directly in the sun so ...
always wear sunscreen. My WiFi stayed not working due to my WiFi company coming out to test the wall outlet has been outdated for some time.

I called to get information on an apartment. I was immediately greeted with the most friendliness from Heather. I went in, viewed the apartment, and I was talking to her. Even though we was talking about our pets that we have, she made me feel right at home. Main manager is unprofessional and doesn’t communicate respectfully. She talks over you, cuts you off, raises her voice, and tries to bully. She doesn’t care about tenants or resolving problems for the people that live in the complex. Very unprofessional.

I visited this Apartment Complex Nov. 2013 and I must say the property is just as beautiful as the web site. Upon viewing one the 1 bedroom models I was taken away. The apartment was beautiful and cozy. All the appliances were updated. I viewed the 698 square feet model and it actually appeared to be larger just because of the layout. Keesha , I believe is the manager and she was very friendly. I was impressed by her attitude. She talked as if she really took pride in her job and community. That ...
