Franciscan Apartments a Great Place to Live
December 27, 2022Hello, I've been a long-time resident at Franciscan Apartments in Foster City. I just would like to say that my experience living here has been wonderful. All my neighbors are friendly and nice and easy to get to know. The management staff at the Franciscan are outstanding. They respond quickly to any issues that arise. Josephine especially is extremely helpful and nice. She calls or emails to follow up to make sure that everything is okay. She and her team take care of the residents. Safe place
December 1, 2022I love this community because the environment here is beautiful: Foster city canals, Erckenbrack park; easy to paddle boarding. Franciscan Apartments is townhome stile apartments. It’s perfect if you have kids, you not disturb upstairs or downstairs neighbours. Elementary School is only 5 min walk, even Middle School is pretty close, and kids can drive bicycle or walk. After-school activities is within walking distance (PJCC, Recreation Center) The management does their best to provide the best ...service. I live here for 5 years and I had never problem with management staff. What I really like is safe and well maintained! The management, especially Josephine is always quick to respond to any issues and resolve them.
