outdated and poor management
August 14, 2021I have been living here for over a year now, the laundry machines are so old and are always broken , the pool is always closed , maintenance requests get ignored all the time, apartment management is very slow to take requests or return messages. Only move here if it is your last resort, if you do choose to live here, good luck!Property Manager Responded
March 29, 2022We are a Professional Management company and we do take all comments and concerns seriously. They help us provide a good community living experience. We are constantly working to improve anything we deem necessary. Our washing machine company is excellent at responding to needed requests-within a 1–2-day period. We are proactive Management and strive to respond to all work requests within the allotted time. Urgent matters get handled immediately and response to messages too, especially if they are urgent requests. This is the reason we rarely have availability of apartments, and our turnover is not at a high rate. The property improvements have been praised by the Owners of Garden East Apartments. Let this be the place you will call home when you have given Management the opportunity to show you with actions and I, Gabriela the Property Manager know you will not be disappointed. We have Residents that will attest to this, our Maintenance is the best and most efficient any ...community would love to have.

We strive to provide efficient, good quality work that is noticeable in the work we do. If you do live here, you will already have experienced a quick response with positive results. We are rated the best and most responsive Property Management team by the current Owners of Garden East. This is important as we do not have a high turnover rate and our apartments rent fast. We also have been given the best Maintenance (best Maintenance compliments and remarks) by many of our current Residents. We quite are proud of all our accomplishments and if you can disclose your information, we will be glad to speak with you and the opportunity will be appreciated.
