The BEST apartments!!
April 3, 2021We LOVE the Gates of New Hope! My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and could not be happier. The only reason we are moving is to buy a house, otherwise we would've kept renting here forever. The units are bright, spacious, and clean. All of the neighbors & dogs are friendly. The neighborhood is safe and it is located right off the highway for easy access to everything. Plenty of parking and in unit washer/dryer are a MAJOR perk! 100% recommend!!Review from Apartments.com
Can't get in contact with them
March 21, 2019I emailed this property twice and called 8-10 times from the two numbers given over the course of a week and no one has emailed back and no one has answered the phone. On the day we showed up someone answered and said they couldn't talk to us or show us anything. We couldn't even get into the leasing office.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place to live!
June 1, 2017I have lived at Gates of New Hope for one year, and it is truly a gem amidst a crazy rental market. The building is family run and owned, and you'll see them there frequently ensuring the apartment complex remains in excellent condition. If you have a maintenance request, they'll be at your door within 5-10 minutes - not kidding! Overall, the building is quiet. Huge plus is that it is smoke-free, so no stinky halls!! Neighbors are friendly and you get to know who they are quickly, as there are ...only 7-8 apartments on each floor, I think? (don't quote me on that, but I'm pretty sure). The location is super convenient to 169, so getting around town is a breeze. Nong's restaurant (Thai cuisine) is across the street. Gion restaurant (Vietnamese cuisine) is just one exit up the road, HyVee is about a 5 minute drive away two exits up the road, and 394 connecting you to Golden Valley and St. Louis Park is about a 2 minute drive down the road, so truly, there's access to anything and everything! You won't find a better price for such a luxurious space. This will be where we live until we purchase a home or move out of state.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
first apartment with a great experience
August 15, 2015this is a brand new building so there is always work going on but is during usual business hours when no one is home so that is great. the management of the building is great with communication to resident on a first name basis as well and maintenance request are always meet the day you notify management. the only con I have is wishing the was an extra garage parking spot for both of us. otherwise if your looking for upscale modern living without living downtown and for a great price this is ...the place to be.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
