Staff is hard to reach, their not on the same page, one tells you one thing, one tells you something completely different. The breezeway and grounds are nasty. We pay for trash pick up, but it's not picked up.

When we first moved in, we noticed quite a few things that weren't up to par. However, as soon as we brought these up to the leasing agents, they worked in a timely manner to make things right! The agents here really want to ensure you're happy and have the best experience they can provide. The location itself is also awesome, being that it's so quiet even with a proximity to the interstate. We've loved living here so far!

For the most part, our stay, here has been quite pleasant! We had an accident during the first month that was handled surprisingly well by the new management. The only negative thing I would say is that we submitted work requests that we had to follow up with a couple of times. However, when maintenance does come, they are friendly, effective, and fast.
