My husband and I have had a wonderful experience here. Management is welcoming and accommodating and the amenities are up to date. The location is convenient and with the security offered here we feel quite safe. We would highly recommend renting here.

Highly Recommend Gatsby!

I highly recommend Gatsby! I've lived in numerous apartments, and fortunately my last two apartments were my best experiences. The leadership of Mason, Toby, Julia, TC made Gatsby by far my best apartment experience. They're all very cordial, supportive, positive, treat you as a human being. For minority transplants, Minnesota (particularly downtown Minneapolis) is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby ...
management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts? The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year.

Super friendly and lovely view and community

Love love love living here!

I have lived at Gatsby for almost 2 years and have had nothing short of a great experience. First, Mitch is amazing. He responds to maintenance orders so fast and makes sure he always follows through. The building is huge so I really commend him for doing such a great job. Second, the leasing agents are wonderful, hilarious, and so friendly! They host the best bbqs, bingo/game nights, yoga classes, breakfast bars, and whatever else comes to their mind! Third, all of my neighbors are so friendly. ...
Yes we live in a fairly noisy area, but aside from that the my wing building is fairly quiet. Maybe too quiet at times. Fourth, the location is so convenient to everything by car, bike, scooter, or foot! Plenty of ways to get around. Lastly, the building is always SO clean and fresh smelling (which I appreciate because we are fur baby friendly at The Gatsby :) I could say endless great things about living in this building, but i’ll stop here!

Great price and great apartments

My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we love it here. Our apartment has a gorgeous view of the skyline, and it is in a convenient location and overall has great staff and amenities.

Sad to go

Gatsby has been nothing short of amazing. I love my apartment and the amenities. Pool is a great size, gym isn't ever busy, and the team throws awesome events. The entire team is extremely responsive and courteous. Unfortunately we have to move out for unforeseen circumstance; but If you have ever had a bad experience at an apartment and are looking for the opposite of that, come on over to Gatsby.
