Service Please! The move in went well and I love my new place but I have an ice maker issue and a leaky faucet issue and I’ve put in maintenance requests and I haven’t heard a peep in over a week. I was expecting better service and at least an acknowledgment letting me know they have received my issues with an ETA on when they will be addressed.

Moving from floor (3) to (7) We had movers take the big stuff while we moved the rest. The Genesee carts made the task as easy as possible. Additionally Genesee staff moved our mail box and handled the move alert to the power company. Love the new apartment and how bright it is!
