When I moved out I went to the office to make sure I didn’t owe them anything and they said it was all good then a few years later I get a call that I have a huge bill all because of a past managers mistake and now they have new managers and they say they can’t fix it cuz that was a past management mistake and now I will have to suffer for it so if u leave keep your Paperwork for years or they will try to charge u for all kinds of things

I lived for three years in this property, the gym only works during office hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm,? the pool closed all year, only works in July and August,?work orders take up to a month to complete? vivido durante tres años en esta propiedad, el gimnasio solo funciona en horario de oficina 8:30am a 5:30pm,? la piscina cerrada todo el año, solo funciona en julio y agosto,? las ordenes de trabajo demoran asta un mes para completarse

I have lived here 3 years going on 4. I like this place people around her are nice and mainly keep to them self. Office staff are very friendly and maintenance Are quick to fix things. They are a bit old but the cheapest around town for what you get. I am happy here. Shelby crain.

These are great apartments in a great area. "I feel safe" They are a bit older and and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. Felicia Coleman

Very Disgusting

This community is disgusting. People from other areas come to dump their trash so often, mantra times there is no room for residents to dump their trash. The Manager notified everyone that trash would be opened to inspect and detect who is dumping. I wish Management knew the culprits are non residents. I also believe the excessive trash is attracting rodents, both rats and mice. Management was. otified and we were instructed to put a sticky paper under the kitchen sink. not sure how this will ...

help because the rodents are in the vents. Do not move here unless you like filth. Plus there is mold and water damage which I have taken many photos to prove. My next step is contacting CDC and the city for compliance violations.
