Not a good place

To all who find it's interesting, please take note of these issues.
* Almost all the staircases in the scheme are corroded. Some of them are dangerous as well
* Most of the steel structural parts are corroded and parts are falling down.
* The pool is closed since 2019. There is no sign of repairing it at all.
* The drains are clogged. The draining in tubs is really slow.
* It's taking more than a month or two to attend a repair
* There is no emergency contact here. Nobody responds to emails ...
during weekends
Please think more than twice before occupying the place. The images posted on the web are very old(2010). Ask for real photos and you'd find the difference.
