Maintenance where?

If your planning on living here just know you wont see maintenance for months.. and pool is always dirty in the summer and they raised our rent to pay staff more but never see maintenance at all.

You get what you pay for

It used to be a nice place to live 8 years ago . Now its full of car break-ins , drug dealers,theifs stealing off porches , cops are always here , you smell weed everywhere you go , maintenance does not exist , doors and windows are so drafty its crazy , takes months for maintenance to fix anything even a leak thats in the wall. Exterior of building is deteriorating , rats running around everywhere, the park has glass and dog poop everywhere and the list goes on. Like I said its cheap to live ...

here , but you definitely get what you pay for.

The pool heat is ALWAYS broken. Dumpsters overflowing. Maintenance is short staffed and overwhelmed. Sprinklers often not in working order. Windows are in terrible condition and have a significant draft.

I've lived here almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience! My neighbors are super friendly, its not hard to get to know everyone around you and build a friendship. The maintenance team is always more than helpful and the pool is always a good way to interact with everyone. You can always hear kids playing in the afternoon after school and a calm silence in the evenings, it really gives Greens of Northglenn a community feeling.
