Great management

I have had a very pleasing experience with the management so far, all issues have been handled practically the same day I mention they exist, and the property manager is excellent to work with. The property company is not as pleasing to work with and if you're in need of immediate attention skip them altogether and go straight to the manager, she's very helpful.
I do love the grounds and the quiet neighborhood, and the apartment is quite cute and clean when I moved in.

I moved into a 3bedroom all of two months ago and love it! Please look over the reviews or you'll miss out, thank God I did. I love all the perks of my place, huge kitchen with appliances, huge bedrooms, huge living room and even child proof blinds. I had one pest problem with ants, coming through the bottom of the door, but Connie got right now it(all clear now)! Fyi Connie work faster with text messages. Also quiet area, and building, neighbors mind their own business( I still haven't meet all ...

Many buildings have Bed Bugs!!

Many buildings are infested with bed bugs, for years now. Katz properties does not properly clean entire buildings (ducts, hallways, basement) of the bed bug infested buildings. My entire building (all four units) was ‘remodeled’ and tenant free before moving in, should’ve known that that’s a sign of bed bugs. Of course the property management at first denied that the previous tenants had them, now I do too! The bugs are literally falling out of the heating ducts. Also, the exterminator Ron is ...
treating the buildings improperly for the bed bugs. Instead of treating the entire building at once, he does one apartment a day, giving the critters time to flee to the next apartment. And good luck getting answers or any assistance from the on-site manager, Connie. Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in.

Buildings do not have bed bugs....TENANTS BRING THEM IN. We do have a pest control tech. that does routine sprays throughout the building monthly(basement, laundry rooms, stairwells and lobbys). If there are other issues and tenants contact us, we have the pest control tech come and take care of it ASAP.

Do Not move into these apartments, they are infested with bed bugs. I just moved out due to them. Exterminator said it’s the worst case he’d ever seen. The management is not informing new tenants of the issue. Apartments are being remodeled to solve the problem instead of cleaning. mold, standing water and filth in the basements. Most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. Couldn’t wait to move out!! Save your money!! Hallways are carpeted which spreads the bugs. Yuck!!

Love the area, the neighborhood & the apartment. Greendale is a beautiful place to live. It’s very cozy like. Greenway Apartments are a safe & secure place to live. Greenway is within walking distance to many parks, stores, restaurants & Southridge Mall. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. The apartments inside are nice, comfortable & the grounds are well maintained. There’s a wooden playground on site for the younger children to enjoy. Very thoughtful touch. The onsite managers Connie ...
& Keith are great. When there’s an issue (which is rare) it’s taken care of quickly. They’re always working around the units inside & out. Connie & Keith are both personable & take concerns seriously. All in all an excellent place to live & I can’t say enough good things about Greenway Apartments. Very happy to have found this apartment-5 stars!

I have been living in these apartments for 6 years now and I must say it has been very pleasent. When you have a problem, management is always on top of helping you to get it fixed as soon as possible. It's always clean and nicely taken care of. Everyone's friendly and it's just a great place to live. I encourage people to look into living here. You won't regret it!
