Nice View But...
June 16, 2021The property is nice, the view is nice if your apartment faces the river. However, if you do not own one of the 10 paid parking spots--WHICH YOU WON'T! Then you will have to park on the street where parking enforcement will ticket your car when they patrol several times a week. On top of that, There is limited parking when The Barn is open--which is 6 days a week. Also beware people drive like people do not live in the area, don't get hit by a car...Review from Apartments.com
