    Walking distance from many options: Close by buffalo bayou trail (2 min walk), good places to eat, lots of shopping and stores. Staff is friendly-Tiffany is personable and very friendly. My place is Beautiful and community is clean too.

    Just renewed my lease - location is very walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping and places to grab a drink. Love all of their retail spaces downstairs: DUO Spin and coffee, Doko sushi & lick ice cream are my favorites. But there are tons of other places too! The staff here are also sooo nice.
