Amazing place!
May 27, 2023Elegant home in a wonderful neighborhood. This complex provide all essentials to get away from it all and enjoy everything the area has to offer, specially the gym,pool and theater. May 28, 2023El personal que trabaja aquí tiene una conducta intachable tanto como el personal que se encarga de que el edificio esté pulcro y prolijo y el de oficina, siempre encontrarás alguien que pueda apoyar las necesidades que la gente que vive aquí encuentre respuestas oportunas a sus dudas o demandas. Cualquier día de el año no importa encontrarás a alguien encargándose de la alberca el teatro el courtyard o la oficina. May 27, 2023El entorno de este lugar junto con los vecinos y los negocios hacen un lugar muy confortable para vivir. Todo esta a una distancia relativamente corta, en auto o a pie. Los centros de trabajo están por donde quiera, opciones para estudiar y daycare es a minutos. Me encanta y mas sus áreas comunes, el staff te ayuda a llegar a donde necesitas. Decoración moderna, absolutamente impolutos y muy prácticos y cómodos, junto a La universidad Rice en el corazón de Houston a 3 minutos de el 59 y todos los servicios caminando prácticamente, restaurantes, bares y un vecindario tranquilo y seguro. Great area

Gorgeous Property Great Team

Close to school!
May 26, 2023I move here to go to Rice University and wanted to live close to campus. I love it here! I'm close to so many restaurants and stores. I feel safe walking my dog in the neighborhood. The staff is lovely, and make me feel this I'm home away from home.Property Manager Responded
