We are a resident of Harbortown Apartments counting the days until our lease ends to move out. To be honest, I wish I could give our current experience of living here zero stars.
While the apartments are somewhat tolerable, they are overpriced for what they offer. However, the real issue lies with the lease office staff, who have consistently exhibited disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior. My attempts to communicate with them have yielded zero response, regardless of whether it was over the phone, through email, or even in person at their office. It appears that they have no intention of providing any support or assistance to the residents. I had hoped that the change in management would bring about positive changes, but unfortunately, the same rude individuals continued to occupy the lease office.
Moreover, the number of vacancies within the condominium is alarmingly high, which indicates that the lease office is failing to address the concerns of the residents. I fear that they will not take any necessary action until the situation reaches a critical point. This is truly disheartening, especially considering that the grounds of the complex are well-maintained.
I believe in the possibility of creating a more pleasant living environment for all residents. Improving their behavior and responsiveness would greatly enhance the overall living experience for everyone here.
