Julieta was very professional, friendly, and helpful in the beginning. The tour was nice, and the units are well kept with beautiful updates. Once I signed the lease, all they cared about is payment. I believe they over charged for 10 days worth for the month ended.
Don't move here if you expect management to do anything or help you resolve issues. Once you signed the contract, they don't respond to you on your issue, no matter how many emails and calls you make to remind them. They are quick ...

**Warning there is 3 days notice eviction, not your normal 14 or 30 days**
I have been seriously disappointed by the quality of service or response from the management office at Harbour Landing. I have had 3 serious issues and have not been resolved. One of these issues is roaches. The place is infested! They were everywhere, even in refrigerator and bedroom closets. They promised me they will send pest control after I signed contract. I gave them a week before I moved into the apartment with my stuff, but it was still infested. I asked her about it and she said she put a work order for it, she forgot to do after I signed the contract. Now my stuff is infested. We are always scared to eat some of foods and since they crawl up on beds, my son and I wear cotton balls in our ears so they don't crawl in them. Sounds funny, but it's for real. I've put so many bug traps in my house, that it still doesn't work.
As they say looks maybe deceiving. So just cuz the apartment looks so nice outside and in the beginning. Everything turns out bad after moving in. Baddest decision to make and to avoid my rental records from becoming bad, I'm stuck here.
