Oh and the people that live here have pets that’s not a problem but they just let them take a dump anywhere and can’t even pick up after them.

The air conditioning works sometimes but you could go days with no air and no relief. There are NO dishwashers, NO washer and dryer connections and the onsite laundry doesn't hardly work and it's stupid expensive. It is also a popular place to do drugs and leave the paraphernalia scattered on the ground. There are no rules here. Residents can do whatever they want, whenever they want so if you enjoy loud music over your television at all hours of the night, drug deals in broad daylight and the smell of pot, this might be the place for you. If you don't mind dog crap all over the property, under the stairs, in the parking lot, this is the place for you. If you enjoy chaos and slums, this is the place. If you're thinking to yourself, "Man, I would LOVE to pay rent somewhere that nothing gets fixed, smells like raw sewage and weed and where I don't feel safe, even during the day", French Colony is the place for you. If you want anything more than walls, floor and a roof, please run, don't walk, far, far, away from here!
