Noisy neighbors and unhelpful management
November 29, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIf there's a problem, tell the manager and it doesn't change at all. Upstairs is very noisy every day, morning, day and evening, and once or twice a week in the early morning for hours screaming, fighting, crying and dogs barking for hours. I told the manager. But the morning noise is the same Even if something broke and I talked to the office, they came to fix it in 5 days. If the neighborhood is too noisy, the kids run around and litter outside, someone throws cans or drinks. My former ...manager was friendly and always helpful, but now I'm really upset about why there are so many problems.Read More

Valeria has been outstanding from the leasing tour to this date when addressing small issues. I noticed some reviews and I understand why the parking space is limited for residents only, but they do allow to have visitors inside the property’s parking lot during business hours- otherwise we must have them parking in the front. Worst place to live in Katy
August 31, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comHaven claims that they strive to provide excellent service but they don’t. You can call or stop by the front office to discuss concerns and nothing gets done. This complex lets anyone live here. Residents break their lease continuously and still live here. The back stairs are filthy, the gate is always broken, parties at the pool at all hours of the night, no courtesy officer to assist when needed and the staff members don’t care. Our gate has been broken for months. You can’t even exit the ...complex from one side. Nobody walks the property because trash will stay in the same spot for days. Abandoned cars that don’t work take up valuable parking spots. Don’t live here. It’s a terrible place and there is nothing “Haven” about it.Read More
AWFUL PARKING SITUATIONS
June 16, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comDon't live here if you ever want to have guests, especially overnight. There are very few guest parking spaces and cars without a permit WILL get towed after 6:00pm. Residents park in the guest parking spots out front resulting in very few visitor spots. Spoke with management and they said visitors can park at the church across the street or at Walmart down the street if it is full out front. Not the most ideal situation, especially at night. January 2, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThere is NO visitor parking! If you have a visitor or an extra car, you are out of luck! It will get towed at a cost of 209.00. The communication is horrible. The office is telling residents that if you have a guest and one of the SEVEN guest parking spots is not open, your guest will have to park across the street at the church and walk across Highland Knolls! Not safe for anyone to do that. Trash is all over the complex. There is no noise regulation. Residents are allowed to have ...their children run up and down the halls screaming. Unfortunately towing did have to be implemented in order to manage our parking policy that is in place and to better ensure each resident does have a parking spot. Please keep in mind guests can park inside of the gates between the hours of 9AM-5PM. My wife car got towed with the baby car sit from the parking lot of the apartment's and today is the day we most need it to get to the doctor ! oh ye it got towed because it did not have a sticker on it ( a new rule they decided to implement mid lease) and by the way the car next to it did not have a sticker as well but its still there . i really do apologize for been new parents to 4 month old , hard working with no family to assist us, so we ...haven't had the time to put on a dam sticker you have our car in your system and you have our phone number to just call its not that hard ! and that is only the last thing that got me . prior to that i was quiet , so this apartment cost a fortune to lease relevantly speaking. for that you will think you will get some quality of life, no sir that's not going to happen. there is 0 water pressure most of the time, every material in the apartment is super cheap and feels like its gonna brake every second, there is no energy efficiency so expect to get a "nice" electricity bill. oh ye and how can i forget there is always cigarette buds on the stairs always !!! so the complex smells like a ashtray. but wait there is more, empty beer cans in the pool and broken glass around it. im sorry for the long story i just had to get it out there, and if you check this is my first review everrrrrrr . so i usually dont wright complaints. but this one takes the cake ! thank you for reading this .Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Our residents do come first and the towing was implemented in order to better ensure parking spaces for you. We do understand how frustrating something like this can be.
