I have been here a year and half. When my lease was about to expire they were very responsive and helpful but as soon as i extended my lease, they are very slow to respond. When i got my new car, they refused to give me a parking permit.

This is without a question the best community in this area... This staff is fast to respond. There are numerous community events and drives. Its nice and quite... Everything is well maintained... The value of living here is greater than the cost... thats rare... I hope the current management and owners realize what a great place they are providing for an affordable price and keep it this way... I would love to stay another 4 years...

I've lived in this apartment community some 2005. I've lived in 4 places due to my circumstances changing. Each apartment has been great. All issues have been resolved immediately. Plenty of space for the price and washer and dryer in each apartment. I love it. Very diverse community. Peaceful.
