I just moved in and I love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and have responded quickly to any requests for assistance. I love the washer/dryer, large kitchen, and the overall look of this well-kept community. It is in a nice area and close to everything. Highly recommend!

I love Heritage Meadow! It's in a nice location and has great amenities! I've lived in other apartment with super thin walls where I could literally hear conversations in the surrounding apartments. In my new apartment I hardly ever hear anyone in my building. OF COURSE there is NORMAL apartment noise, but never loud. Great location and the apartments are SO NICE! My Wife and I love the lay out of the apartment. We Looked around for about a month and couldn't find anything that we felt was a good mix of good price and quality, Until we saw these on craigslist. They almost looked to good to be true! top of everything. Nothing gets passed them. but Its understanding that they want it to look nice and clean and maintain a overall great apartment complex. My most favorite thing about the apartment complex is that they have a great gym here with 24hr access. and the club house has a huge TV where we can watch some awesome duck games.

I loved that the walls were painted a color other than white, the ceilings are high, the carpet color makes it appear it's always clean, the kitchen has nice looking countertops, cabinets, and flooring, and all light fixtures are modern and upscale. The Staff is very approachable and friendly and arrange monthly community get togethers. However there are so many silly little rules. For example, you cannot use your own doormat, cannot hang decor in your window, cannot hang windchimes or plants ...

off your balcony, cannot use a camping chair on your balcony, etc. I appreciate they do not want the place to appear tacky, but I think within reason many of these things should be allowed. Note that there is no smoking in the apartments or on property. I was not told this until we signed our lease. I don't hear much noise from other apartments, but the doors slam on their own which is very loud and even shakes the floors. It's too bad they cut down so many trees to build as it would be nice to have more nature. However the buildings are very nice and colorful and the landscaping is well maintained. They offer free basic cable and internet, which is great, however that bandwidth is so low and with so many users it's not enough. We are upgrading to a different company for internet as even paying for the premium package with the company they've designated, we are constantly loosing signal if watching Netflix or using Skype.

No no no!!! You don't wanna live here! The parking is a total mess! The management is a total hypocrist! They pretend to be nice, but never do their job! Trust me, it's only gonna get worst, 'cause they are building more apartments! I can't even turn into my assigned parking lot. As for the bedrooms, they are tiny, and no sun comes in at all!

These are absolutely the BEST apartments in Eugene! Not only because they are beautiful, modern, and have energy efficient appliance, but also because they are so affordable especially for what you're getting! My wife and I moved in about a month or two ago and we love our place. We got a great spot very modern and roomy. The quietness of the complex is very nice and although we haven't used it yet we love the fact that there is a 24 hour fitness center There are a few things that can be bother some like people leaving their car lights on while they shine in our bedroom or people standing outside the same window later at night talking but the largest issue is the extremely loud water (pipes) issues. can hear when our upstairs neighbor flushes the toilet, take showers, and run their washers. Not sure if its like this for everyone but it really is a nightmare when you trying to sleep and you hear water falling/cascading down the pipes. Overall our experience is a good one.

Heritage Meadow is a Very Nice place to live. After looking at this place I didn't look anywhere else. Everything is brand new. Full size washer and dryer inside the apt is a huge benefit. I'm on the 3rd floor and it is so quiet and has nice vaulted ceilings. There is a fitness center with brand new equipment and a bike storage facility. The managers are very welcoming and great to work with.

So far we've loved living here- Having new appliances and being able to afford a two bed/two bath was out of the question living any further into Eugene. Having a washer and dryer in unit is AMAZING as is having internet and cable included. Basic internet is decent most of the time. These apartments are really nice inside - the colors and layout make you feel right at home. My only complaint is that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AT ALL - You get one assigned parking spot but if you get home anytime between 5-7pm you will NOT be able to find a spot. Also, if you live on the bottom floor you can hear every movement possible above you and we have lived in other apts on the bottom floor and never had this problem.
