This place is an absolute hazard. The landlord only shows up at the first of the month to bang on your door, otherwise you'll never see her. There's no office, so you need to rely on simply trying to call her, which for me led to a mold problem that never got fixed (I moved out months later). There were cockroaches everywhere, mold, and stained/dirty carpet. I will be calling to report to every agency I can find to report this mold pit.

So this apartment is fairly good price for a cheap 3 bedroom. But the problem is, is that it should probably be condemned. The apartment has mold problems, leaky water faucets everywhere and really needs an update on the appliances and design. The back yard is really just a leaf pit and some dirt.
