I regret moving here

I seriously regret moving here. Children run unsupervised everywhere. They pound on my door and run away every single day. Maintenance is lazy and outright lies to you. Told me my kitchen faucet was difficult to turn because it was brand new and should get better. After months of waiting for it to get better, I replaced the faucet myself. The old faucet was disgusting and rusted on. Definitely not even close to new.
They power washed in front of my door, leading to six feet of wet white soot ...
traveling inside my apartment ruining two of my rugs and a pile of laundry I had waiting to be washed. The office could not care less. They NEVER answer the phone.
One time Amazon left every resident’s packages outside on the sidewalk in the rain.
There is dog poop EVERYWHERE.
I moved here because it’s a gated community, yet the side gates are always wide open. The front gate was hit by something and they’ve just left it bent. Classy.
The garbage service rarely actually picks up my trash and I’m still forced to pay for the service every month.
The office sends scolding emails to all residents way too often. I don’t appreciate the tone as if we are naughty high school kids and not customers paying way too much for these units.
it’s a nonsmoking community, but smokers are always smoking on their balconies and patios. Sound proofing on these units is awful. I can hear my neighbors cough and their conversations.
You will regret moving here.
