Excellent experience!
January 8, 2025Moved to TX from the northeast and was completely new to the area. Moving here made it super easy to figure out my apartment situation. Jose has been an amazing help and super attentive to all of our questions and any concerns we had. The rest of the staff has also been amazing. Noise issues
November 17, 2023The apartments are mostly pretty nice for the price, but if you need a two bedroom apartment and have any problem with excessive noise coming from an upstairs unit, don't rent here. The insulation between units is fine within floors, but absolutely awful between them. You can hear every step an upstairs neighbor takes, you'll know what room they're in at all times, when they open or close any door, you'll hear all conversations, television, etc. If your eventual upstairs neighbor is louder ...than normal or keeps odd hours (or lets long term guests stay who do), you won't sleep, as the noise goes through earplugs and white noise machines. Noise cancelling headphones have been the only solution. Management hasn't offered any help for this issue, and I'm counting the days until the lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Great place in Irving!
March 16, 2023We have lived in multiple apartments in Irving before we moved into Highlands of Valley Ranch well over three years ago. This is the longest duration we have stayed in the same apartment and have extended our lease further. We have no complaints at all - the office staff are all incredible. Jackie has been very helpful and accommodating with our lease renewal. She very patiently showed us multiple apartments from the community for us to choose. The maintenance team is prompt. Wonderful Stay!!! Couldn't have been happier
July 6, 2022Hands down one of the best apartments!!! From the time we moved in 2 years back till the time we moved out it was a great experience. Jackie was always helpful for us. She made the move in and move out process sooo easy for us. If not for our work situation we would have never moved out from this place. All maintenance requests gets completed within 24hrs. March 29, 2022After touring the property I knew I really enjoyed the staff— but everyone’s on their best behavior when new possible clients come in the door. After living here for a year, I can say that the staff is still just as friendly and always handles anything I bring to them as promptly as possible and checks in when we pass each other around the complex. Roach infestation upon move-in
September 6, 2021I had just moved in and my apartment was in pretty unacceptable condition. Roaches abundant, there's some leaking sound in the shower, coaxial outlet isn't working for internet, other issues as well. Management said the unit was inspected and didn't note any issues, but I fail to see how that's possible given how many there are. I then sprayed the kitchen and wow, total infestation. That flushed out dozens if not hundreds that I saw all within about two hours on site. Management is attempting to ...rectify the situation though so at least there is that. I'm extremely disappointed right now. Was really looking forward to this new apartment and it's pretty much ruined and I'm in a hotel instead for an undetermined amount of time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
