Maintenance is amazing. The lady in the office, she's terrible. She's so rude and had such a bad attitude. If you ask her to do anything that requires work she get really snippy with you. She makes me feel so uncomfortable. I try to avoid the office and her as much as possible

Maintenance work is a joke, I've repeatedly put in tickets over issues for the past month and an half they never fixed it until I threatened to outsource the work. Five minutes later they came to fix it and it ended up worse now than before they touched it. As for the office they're rude, and hardly there. They don't care about your needs or trying to correct things.

I think the apartments could be great if some changes were made and the turn over wasn't so high. Also, help employees instead of trying to kick them out. 2 days late, had to pay 3k to stay. come on, the apartments are low income..

i live in a 3 b/r 2 bath . the complex is kid friendly with pool if you have pets they are welcome as well. everybody keeps to there self's . and best of all manger lives on site. if you have something broken in your apt just make a call and it is fixed with in the the day
