and your clothes. Half the lights in the master were out when we moved in and after they finally replaced those the other half went out. The dishwasher continuously overflows and dishes look no different after they are "cleaned". It took the landlord an entire month to get us a key to take our trash out so we had trash in our house for the first month, it was like they didn't know we were moving in. This property was also infected with cockroaches when we moved in and after spraying twice the landlord told us it was our problem. The heat/ac are unknown if work, and the electricity bill is absurd. Our ceiling in the kitchen started leaking and the garage door was broken when we moved in. If you want to enjoy going home at all do not live here, the owner is cheap and will not actually get anything replaced for you although they still will ship their personal packages to your house and ask you to keep it until they are ready to come by and pick it up, multiple times. We tried to directly address all of these issues with the landlord multiple times and they are unwilling and unconcerned with the happiness of the tenants and the livability of the house after they get you to sign the lease. Full disclosure these are only the problems I can remember I am sure they're were numerous more over the year I lived there.
