job. Did not address our questions and refused to return our inquires. We made approved improvements to unit including glass block windows and a cement patio and were not credited at moveout. Deductions were even made from final payout for inor spiderwebs that had accumulated in basement windows when unit sat empty through no fault of our own. Sidewalks around unit are in terrible shape cause injury from trips and falls among the elderly. Overall, our moveout experience was extremely concerning and messy. Knowing how members are treated by lack of respect, arrogance, overreaching rules self-serving policies....I would not recommend this place to live. Several family and friends still members and have complaints about policies and lack of attention to member needs.
